Muzeum Regionalne Świebodzin

Muzeum Regionalne w Świebodzinie znajduje się w historycznym ratuszu miejskim i jest miejską instytucją kulturalną. Założone w 1971 roku przez Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Ziemi Świebodzińskiej, kontynuuje tradycję zbierania i prezentowania lokalnych dziedzictw, które sięgały czasów przedwojennych.

Obiekt zajmuje sześć sal wystawienniczych, w tym dwie stałe ekspozycje: "Przyroda Lubuskiego Krajobrazu", ukazująca różnorodność flory i fauny regionu, oraz "Historia Miasta i Regionu", przedstawiająca historię Świebodzina od średniowiecza po okres odbudowy po II wojnie światowej. Na ekspozycji można zobaczyć militaria, numizmaty, starodawne mapy, pamiątki rzemieślnicze (jak suknie, browary) oraz zbiory sztuki (rzeźby, obrazy).

Muzeum oferuje również możliwość podziwiania widoków panoramicznych miasta z wieży ratusza, dostępnych dla zwiedzających od 1986 roku. Jest otwarte przez cały rok i zapewnia dostępność dla odwiedzających, którzy mogą zwiedzać wystawy za opłatą wstępu.
